1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Our Gaming Hub, you confirm that you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this platform.

By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
• You must provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post.

By posting content, you grant Our Gaming Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, host, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the platform.

You must not post:

• Illegal or unlawful content
• Hate speech or harassment
• Sexually explicit or exploitative material
• Copyright-infringing material
• Malware or harmful code

5. Acceptable Use

• No automated scraping or bot activity
• No attempts to breach security
• No impersonation of others
• No abuse of messaging or reporting systems

6. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the integrity of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our Gaming Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for user-generated content or third-party integrations. To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform branding, logos, design, and infrastructure remain the property of Our Gaming Hub.

9. Riot Games Disclaimer

Our Gaming Hub is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

10. Riot Games API and Riot Sign On

Our Gaming Hub may use Riot Games APIs and Riot Sign On to provide Riot account verification, player statistics, match history, rankings, gameplay summaries, and related features.

You must connect your Riot account through Riot Sign On before we display Riot gameplay data associated with your account. By connecting your Riot account, you confirm that you want Our Gaming Hub to request and display selected Riot account and gameplay data made available through Riot Games APIs.

If you do not connect your Riot account or otherwise opt in, your Riot stats and gameplay data should not be displayed to other players through Our Gaming Hub.

Riot Games APIs, Riot Sign On, Riot IDs, game data, names, marks, and related materials remain owned or controlled by Riot Games. Our access to Riot data may be changed, limited, suspended, or terminated by Riot Games at any time.

11. Riot Data Rules

• You may not use Our Gaming Hub to harass, defame, impersonate, scout, cheat, or gain an unfair competitive advantage using Riot gameplay data.
• You may not use Riot data from Our Gaming Hub for betting, gambling, account selling, boosting, or any unlawful purpose.
• We may remove Riot-related features, hide Riot stats, unlink Riot accounts, or suspend accounts where required to comply with Riot policies, applicable law, or platform safety rules.
• We may delete Riot gameplay data if your account is deleted, if you revoke access, if Riot requires deletion, or if our Riot API access ends.
